ORANG UTAN ADVENTURE TOURS 5D/4N

DAY 1: PANGKALAN BUN – KUMAI – PARK (L, D)
Upon arrival at Pangkalan Bun airport, you will be picked up by your guide then take you to Kumai for board on the boat. Cruise up river to explore the wildlife along Sekonyer River, in the afternoon see the proboscis monkey and other primates are found along the river. Lunch will be prepared on boat. Overnight at lodge or on boat

DAY 2: BOAT – CAMP LEAKEY (B, L, D)
After breakfast board the klotok to travel up river for about 2,5 hours boating and then up a side creek to Camp Leakey where the older orangutans are reintroduced into the rainforest and also known as research center for orangutan. Trekking through tropical rainforest searching for wildlife, wild orangutan, birds and other rainforest animals as well as tropica jungle plant. Back to the boat for lunch then witness feeding time at 14.00 pm for old rehabilitation orangutan given additional foods. Overnight on boat.

DAY 3: BOAT – PONDOK TANGGUY – PESALAT – TANJUNG HARAPAN – (B, L, D)
After breakfast on board the klotok we travel up the river for Pondok Tanguy, the rehabilitation center for the new ex-captive orangutans, see feeding time at 09.00am. Afterward continuing the trip to Pesalat replantation camp, See the process of replantation project or take this opportunity to hike at forest. In the afternoon visit Tanjung Harapan rehabilitation center and witness the other feeding time at 15.00. Free afternoon program, we could visit village near by the park. Overnight on the boat.

DAY 4: BOAT – CAMP LEAKEY 2nd visit- (B, L, D)
After breakfast board the klotok second visit at camp Leakey. Camp Leakey has around 40 trek deep to the forest and in habited by both wild orangutan and rehabilitate orangutan. your second visit at the camp may have big opportunity to observe more wildlife.
*Additional program: we could arrange the night walking on this place searching for nocturnal animal or glowing mushroom or just enjoy down the river at nipah palm mangrove observing fireflies.

DAY 5: BOAT – KUMAI – PANGKALAN BUN AIRPORT (B)
After breakfast the boat is going down to Kumai the transfer you to airport to catch your next destination. Tour end!
